Incoming Material Inspection
Every batch of SUS304 sheet and purchased component is verified against certificates and measured before entering the workshop.
In-process Patrol Inspection
QC staff check welding seams, dimensions and surface finish at each production stage - problems are fixed where they appear.
Pre-delivery Test Run
The complete line is assembled and test-run with water (and real material when available) - you receive the test video for approval.
CE Standard Compliance
Electrical systems, guards and emergency stops follow CE machinery safety requirements, with English labels and manuals.
